New identity for one of the world leading special effects companies

Background

Responsible for the visual effects in movies like Gravity, Paddington or Guardians of the Galaxy, besides TV and online advertising, Framestore asked Rudd Studio to create a new identity to better communicate their global leader status.

The solution

Spending almost a year on the rebrand, Matt Rudd and myself worked closely with the client, designing everything from the updated logo, communication templates, stationery, slide presentations, to office signage and fair materials – all built using the new flexible grid, inspired by motion tracking points and grids used for space photography.
